1. This shipping policy (“Policy”) applies to use of the website including any web-pages thereof, mobile-optimized version of the website and other media formats (“Website”) owned by Anique Cosmetics Private Limited (hereinafter “Anique”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

  3. At Anique, we understand how important it is for you to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. We have partnered with several leading logistics providers in India to ensure that your orders are delivered to you as quickly as possible.


We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 799 for delivery within India. For orders below INR 799, a flat shipping fee of INR 100 will be charged. We also offer express shipping at an additional cost, which can be selected during checkout.


  1. Delivery timelines vary depending on the location of the delivery address. We typically dispatch orders within [36 hours]5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking details. You can also track your order by logging in to your account on our Website.
  2. Estimated delivery times for orders within India are as follows:
    1. Metro cities: [5-6] working days
    2. Tier 1 cities: [7-8] working days
    3. Tier 2 and 3 cities: [10] working days
    4. Remote locations: [10-15] working days
  3. Please note that these delivery timelines are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on various factors such as weather conditions, logistical issues, etc.


We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our customers worldwide.


You can track your order by logging in to your account on our Website or through the tracking link provided in the email and SMS notifications.


Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your order 3 times in case you are not available at the provided address. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled and  the refund will initiated after deducting incurred delivery charges.


Returns, cancellations and exchange and are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.
